You workout at home with the music on and no one around. No shouting, no crowds, no noise. You focus on mastering your techniques without getting worried of who’s watching and judging your non-graceful attempts of getting things right.

You are in no rush. You can take as much time as you need to strengthen a certain move and polish up your technique. No need to worry that you are running out of time with your trainer.

Work out on your own schedule - Time is no longer an issue

Since the workout sessions aren’t done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like. We’re all busy. You don’t want to have to coordinate schedules with someone who trains in a gym across town, or rush to and from work to get to the gym. Another bonus is that many online workouts contain a lot of body weight exercises, which can be completed at home. You’re now in charge of your fitness.


Not everyone can afford one-on-one gym sessions. Especially if you want to train more than once a week, personal training has huge benefits but it's not for everyone. Your investment in your fitness can stretch longer.


With online training, you can message me at any time and I will reply as soon as I can. Being online means the lines of communication are always open. I offer different plans so that we can speak as little or as much as you like!

Working with me online means I don’t even have to be in the same area as you. I can help you with your fitness goals and needs to ensure you not only get the most out of your time but you always learn about different techniques.

While online training may involve more self-motivation, I am is just a click away. I check in on your progress and making sure that you are completing your workouts. There really are no excuses anymore! Now that everything is online it’s trackable, I want to know if you’ve ever done that many reps, or benched that heavy of a weight before? To help you hit a personal best. Skeptics think that the one downfall to online training is the safety factor. To be truthful, online training is probably best suited for people who are a bit more advanced with their fitness knowledge, and just need an extra push and some guidance to get in shape. You’ve got support and fitness advice around the clock, and conveniently in your pocket. With all of these benefits listed, I’m not sure why you’re still reading this. What do I get with online personal training?

How do you keep me motivated?

Each package includes my full support to keep you on track to your fitness goals, whether it be emails or voice chat.

Do I need any equipment?

No, if you have equipment that's great! i can offer you more varied exercises however it is not necessary.

What if I am allergic/Intolerant to certain foods?

This is one of the first questions I will ask you before creating your Nutrition plan, full ingredients will be provided in your Nutrition plan and as we live in a modern day world food supplementation is very easily done.

I have limited movement/Injuries can we make this work?

Not a problem!, injury rehabilitation and working on weaker areas of your body is something i enjoy doing, whether it be a permanent injury or movement limitation or temporarily we can work around and even strengthen weaker areas

Can I use these fitness plan more than once a week?

Yes you can, the idea behind multiple fitness plans is to keep it more interesting and offer and educate you in a wider range of exercises, everyone who is involved in the fitness industry will repeat workouts whether it be increased or decreased repetitions of the exercise or exercise variations.

Do we have to do the video call?

Not at all there is no pressure, we can just email or have a phone call if that is what you'd prefer. 

When will I start seeing results?

Provided you follow the guidance of the training and the plans correctly you will see results within the first few weeks. Just remember that everyone is different and it does depend on your fitness goal.
